多發性骨髓瘤源於異常的漿細胞（plasma cell）增生並沉澱於骨髓中，屬血液癌症之一。根據香港醫院管理局的調查數據，多發性骨髓瘤的發病率有上升的趨勢。綜合來說，每年有超過200個新病例。在過去的5年中，在瑪麗醫院治療的就有超過100個年輕骨髓瘤患者其年齡少於65歲。 Continue reading 多發性骨髓瘤：治療與展望
